LITTLE WINTER TOWN

Hello my dear creative friends today, it's time to present the inspiration of December for the amazing  Mixed Media Warriors blog. This month the Moodboard of the challenge is lovely, Christmas, winter and home is called Christmas & Winter and is # 35Challenge.

Nothing else to see it came to my mind the cold days of winter to the warmth of home, families gathered at Christmas around the table, sharing laughter, songs, gifts, traditions and especially unforgettable family moments in the warmth of home.

That's why I created a very special home decoration, I worked on small houses in my little town, made collage with book sheets, added stamps and chipboard and painted with the dry brush technique with chalk paint. I painted the pine with two different shades of green with chalk type acrylic, then glued the red balls with the heat gun. The whole set I have stuck on a piece of bark from one of my olive trees (that's why it's so special), added wire for hanging, snow on the roofs and the small sign with Seasons Greetings.

Hola mis queridas amigas creativas hoy toca presentaros la inspiración de  Diciembre  para el increible blog MIxed Media Warriors. Este mes el Moodboard del reto es encantador, navideño, invernal e hogareño se llama Christmas & Winter y es el  #35Challenge. 

Nada mas verlo vino a mi mente los días fríos del invierno al calor del hogar, las familias reunidas en navidad alrededor de la mesa, compartiendo risas, canciones, regalos, tradiciones y sobre todo momentos inolvidables en familia al calor del hogar. 

Por eso he creado una decoración del hogar muy especial, he trabajado sobre porexpan las casitas de mi pequeño pueblo,realizado collage con hojas de libro, añadido sellos y chipboard y pintado con la técnica de pincel seco con pintura tipo tiza. El pino lo he pintado con dos tonos diferentes de verdes con acrílica tipo chalk, luego pegado las bolas rojas con la pistola de calor. Todo el conjunto lo he pegado sobre un resto de corteza de uno de mis olivos (por eso es tan especial), añadido alambre para colgar, nieve en los tejados y el pequeño letrero con Seasons Greetings.
